"In order to be happy, all you need is to feel that if you look up at the sky, the people who are not with you can hear your voice. Your voice will reach them, please tell them how you feel." - Bou, An Cafe, April 30, 2007
On this day four years ago, Bou, the founder of An Cafe, performed his last live in front of Cafekko at Hibiya On the O New Sekai. Although many Cafekko and even Non-Cafekko say that we should move on from Bou — I don’t think that Bou should ever be forgotten. I hope that all Cafekkos will keep Bou in their hearts today, as we remember his lasting legacy. PLEASE DON’T FORGET BOU. PLEASE KEEP HIM IN YOUR HEART.
“But once, something we had done got found out, and I got scolded till I was literally kneeling on the sidewalk. My parents found out about it too, and then one’s parents apologize to the other person, you know? Seeing my parent’s tears for the first time back then, I realized, “Ah, I shouldn’t do this”, and in a flash, I stopped doing bad things. I can never forget the words of my Homeroom Teacher from Elementary School at that time. “From now on, before you decide to do anything, remember your parents’ faces”. That was a good teacher.”—Uruha (via sanctalilium)
“Love is always patient and kind. It is never jealous. Loves is never boastful or conceited. It is never rude or selfish. It dose not take offense and is not resentful. Love take no pleasure in others people’s sins, but delights in the truth. It is always ready to excuse, to trust, to hope, and to endure whatever comes.”—Nicholas Sparks (A Walk to Remember)
Reita:I didn’t plan to cry. But, all of a sudden, I was overflowing with tears, and even I was surprised at that time. I was in front of people, and, moreover, wasn’t I still in the middle of work? (laugh). I thought, “How am I supposed to be manly if I’m crying!?” but at the same time, I didn’t have the willpower to hold it in.
I:By any chance, are you going to cry at the Dome?
Reita:I might cry, unfortunately (laugh).*and he did, A LOT*
